Over a billion years ago, layers of iron and sediment, deposited over time, formed the colorful geological treasure known as banded iron—an exceptionally tough, dense, and erosion-resistant sedimentary formation, critical for its abundance of iron ore.
Today, the team at Banded Iron Ventures applies the same qualities of strength in our relationships with valued clients and partners, as we provide a rock-solid experience of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
John's first investment property was this duplex in Texas. He purchased this in 1983, the start of his real estate investment journey, and never looked back. He held it for seven years as a long term rental.

Recent Project
We not only buy and sell real estate. Through strategic partnerships, we find solutions to complex problems. This is one of four commercial buildings equipped with solar panels to help keep this business owner's energy cost manageable.
Upcoming Plans
Buying and selling single family homes is a constant. We work with other investors, including contractors who fix and flip, sourcing properties for them, and we also buy with the purpose of holding for long term rentals.
Acquiring land, multifamily properties, commercial properties, and RV parks, are primary focuses as well.
We're also looking to acquire mixed-use properties that blend retail and living spaces, aiming to revitalize neighborhoods.
